Refund policy

At BINT™, we take great pride in the quality of every hijab and accessory we send out. Due to the intimate, wearable nature of our products, all sales are final — we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

This is strictly a hygiene measure. As headwear that comes into direct contact with the skin, we cannot resell or restock any item once it has left our facility. This policy exists to protect every customer who orders from us.

We appreciate your understanding and ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, we do stand fully behind the quality of our products. Every order goes through a quality check before dispatch — but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled or amended within 2 hours of placing them. Once processing begins, we are unable to guarantee any modifications.


Shipping

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, get in touch and we will work directly with the courier to investigate.
